About

Hello my name is Kate and I am very passionate about health and wellness. I have always tried to eat healthy and exercise but last year I had the shock of my life when all of a sudden, I couldn't swallow solid food and I had terrible brain fog. It took me months to get a diagnosis, but I knew the brain fog was menopause-related because I had a few other symptoms too.

With natural foods and most of the supplements on this site, I managed to get it all under control; but what surprised me was that I believed I wasn't stressed because I always handled stress so well. However, when I went to a friend for some body work, she said, "Kate, you need to take a break, your parasympathetic nervous system is shot!"

I realized that I had being going like the Energizer Bunny and that had long-term, underlying stress that had been causing internal damage. I decided to do something about it once and for all, and now I am living a balanced life with a daily morning ritual of exercise and mantras; plenty of home-cooked whole-food meals, these supplements, only part time work, and lots of fun, fun, fun!

Tell me about your health story?
